TRAVEL FEE: We Service The Metro Detroit Area. Our Bus Leaves From 48034 (Southfield, MI). Anything Over 25 Miles Will REQUIRE a $25 Travel/Mileage Fee.

DAY OF ARRIVAL: We Will Arrive 30 Minutes to An Hour Ahead Of Scheduled Time To Ensure We Are Prepped & Prepared For Your Spa Experience. Please Make Sure That We Have Enough Space To Park Our Vehicle. It Is YOUR DUTY To Ensure We Have Adequate Parking That Is Safe For You & Our Employees. We Appreciate Easy Access! 

 

 GUEST ARRIVAL: We Ask That ALL GUEST ARRIVE ON TIME. Late Arrival Will Delay Our Services, Resulting In Late Guest Not Being Able To Participate. ALL PARTIES ARE TIMED.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK?
We PREFER That All Bookings Are Booked At Least 1-3 WEEKS PRIOR TO DESIRED DATE! In The Event You Book Five (5) Days Before Desired Date

This Ensures The Best Party Experience For Your Princess! Any Same Day Bookings and/or Less Than Five (5) Days Will REQUIRE a additional $150 RUSH FEE.

DO YOU OFFER PARTY BUS TRANSPORTATION?
Unfortunately, We Do Not Offer Party Bus Transportation Services. We Will Pull Up To The Desired Area & Will Be Stationed For The Duration Of The Party.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARTY IS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER OR MECHANICAL ISSUES?
In The Unfortunate Care That We Are Unable To Make It To Your Party Due To “Extreme” Weather Conditions or Mechanical Issues, WE WILL RETURN YOUR FULL DEPOSIT OR RESCHEDULE FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE DATE.
